A vibrant Awards Gala capped four days of programming at the 2024 Airport Experience Conference. The event attracted a broad range of airport directors and properties executives along with brand and concessionaire executives, designers, consultants and others.

The 2024 Airport Experience Awards recognized excellence in airport concessions throughout North America and named Bambuza Hospitality Group as BEST ACDBE OPERATOR for 2024!

Bambuza Hospitality Group welcomes Jeff Brown as Senior Director of Operations & Innovation.

Bambuza Hospitality Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Brown as Senior Director of Operations & Innovation. Jeff brings over 25 years of nationwide expertise in the restaurant and hospitality industries, driving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and promoting a holistic approach to food systems.

"We are delighted to welcome Jeff to our family at Bambuza Hospitality Group," said Daniel Nguyen, Founder and COO, "As we celebrate 20 years in business, Bambuza Hospitality Group continues to embrace innovation. A two-time winner of Sage Hospitality Group’s “Innovators Award” and a recent NASA, “Deep Space Food Challenge” grant recipient, Brown’s robust background in hospitality is uniquely influenced by his experimental work in food and agriculture. From regenerative farming techniques to robotics in food service, Brown is committed to creating pathways for food curiosity, job development, and access to nutrient-dense foods tailored to the individual customer.

Customer Service Survey

We are launching a Customer Service Review Program. You might have noticed on our printed receipts that there is a link for customers to leave a review of their experience with our Bambuza Hospitality Group stores.

How it works:

  • Provide the receipt to the customer and circle the website link for the customer to leave a review.

  • Remember to share your name with the customer so they can recognize your service that day.

  • When we receive the reviews, YOU will be entered into a drawing to win an Amazon Gift Card 🤑

Uniforms make us Unified! Here’s the Bambuza Hospitality Group’s updated Uniform Expectation Guide.

Reminder to wear black pants, non-slip shoes, adhere to food safety as it relates to hygeine and Health Department rules.
