Portland, Oregon, June 30, 2023 - Bambuza Hospitality Group announced that it has been awarded a lease to expand Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen & Bar and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to Salt Lake City International Airport as part of the current expansion of Concourse B. These powerhouse offerings broaden the already stellar dining options available to travelers throughout the new airport facility, and will bring a unique and exciting culinary experience to guests from around the world.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2024, with Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen & Bar to follow a year later. 

Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen & Bar presents the vibrant flavors and rich culinary heritage of Vietnam to guests, who savor authentic cuisine handcrafted with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. From traditional pho soup and banh mi sandwiches to tantalizing specialty cocktails inspired by the unique flavors of Southeast Asia, Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen & Bar’s menu reflects the diverse culinary traditions of Vietnam in a space that offers guests an immersive and dynamic cultural experience. This will be the fifth Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen & Bar restaurant, joining well-loved restaurants in the Portland, OR and Seattle, WA markets. 

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is a global leader in specialty coffee and tea, offering an extensive range of meticulously crafted coffee and tea options, and signature Ice Blended drinks brewed to perfection. While this will be the brand’s first location in Utah, it will join the brand’s nearly 1,100 existing cafés around the world (and 188 in the United States), and will be the brand’s fifth location operated in partnership by Bambuza Hospitality Group.
