BAMBUZA HOSPITALITY GROUP ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF NEWEST CONCEPT NINTH & PIKE ARTISAN KITCHEN AT SEATTLE-TACOMA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

PORTLAND, OREGON, January 18, 2023 – Bambuza Hospitality Group (BHG), the Portland, Oregon-based dining, retail, and specialty marketplace operator, today announced the opening of its first location of bespoke restaurant concept Ninth & Pike Artisan Kitchen at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. BHG will celebrate with a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony as part of the airport’s Lunar New Year celebration at SEA. Ninth & Pike is the first of five locations Bambuza Hospitality Group plans to open in 2023, including the highly anticipated launch of Embarque Whiskey Grill in the North Satellite at SEA later this year.

Ninth & Pike is a full-service bar and restaurant serving the traveling public in SEA’s Concourse C. The menu features locally-sourced, Northwest-inspired comfort food and refreshing specialty cocktails. Designed by Seattle-based architect Chin-Ley/Reche Associates and constructed by Seattle-based MJ Takisaki Inc, Ninth & Pike makes use of locally sourced end-cut logs and ample natural light to create a space that feels firmly rooted in the Pacific Northwest.

The official grand opening ceremony for Ninth & Pike will take place on January 18, 2023 in Concourse C, and the restaurant is open and serving the public now.
